Active: Taric shatters his gemstones, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies as well as reducing their armor for 4 seconds. aura and his magic half is not enough on its own, and DazzleDazzleEActive: Taric fires a prismatic sphere at the target enemy, stunning them for 1 second and dealing magic damage.
